I really like the chocolate flavor, it's perfect for a quick meal or even as a post workout.

Very effective

I love this meal replacement. I use it to skip meals when I am on a diet. It allows me to eat something without having to cook and provides me with the nutrients I need and takes away my hunger. I make it with lots of water so it doesn't get so thick.

Optimum

I recently bought this Chocolate flavored preparation. The taste is good, although it is true that I notice an aftertaste of pea protein. I add more water than indicated (500ml instead of 300ml) to make it more liquefied. I take it as a dinner substitute and so far it is working well. The digestibility is fantastic. Surely, as we liked the taste, we will buy the 2kg format. It is true that after taking it, if it catches me hungry, I do not feel satiated and I end up taking some more food, so in effectiveness for the moment I will only give it 3 stars. Regarding the presentation, I am already used to the hermetically sealed format, but I have to say that the preparation and its preparation is somewhat dirty due to the volatility of the powder (no matter how much care I put into it, the kitchen bench and the package are stained with dust).

Balancing

A good replacement food, balanced and vegan, for me very useful in daily life, when I don't have time to make a meal because of work, this shake makes it perfectly, a great idea from HSN.
