It seems to me an ideal dessert for those days when you want something sweet but you're on a diet, it doesn't make the macros too much of a mess. The vanilla flavor is good, although it is important to balance the amounts of liquid indicated because otherwise there may be lumps, but it does not take away any flavor. It is very tasty.

The chocolate flavor is very good. Regarding the consistency, it comes out more pudding with milk or vegetable drink than with water. If you mix it with water you have to add another scoop more, but still very successful flavor, I like it.
