Protein and cereal bar

The protein and cereal bar is tasty but small. You should eat several to fill you up.

Good product

Although it is not for every day (in my opinion) by price and ingredients... for an extra from time to time because you feel like sweet, to provide protein or energy, etc.. is very rich and is much better than other ultra-processed products. For an occasional treat

Very good for cravings!

I carry the chocolate bar in my backpack only in case of emergency, for example if I get stuck in the elevator and I'm there for 3 hours and I have no protein to feed my muscles or if I forget the shaker of your protein. But to eat it always takes a lot of carbohydrates in small intake.
