For those of us who train late it is a good option for not using caffeine before going to sleep. You don't notice the sparkle as with other pre-workouts but that's normal. The cola flavor did not convince me, I prefer blackcurrant which is more acidic.

I bought the Cola flavor, because I thought it would be similar to EvoRDX, but I am not able to swallow the whole mixture, it is too bad, I bought the pack of 8 doses (150g), I have taken two and I will have to throw the rest away. As for its effectiveness, I have not noticed an improvement over EvoRDX, although this one is even more expensive. I do not recommend it
