I really like the energy boost it gives me. As for how effective it is, I can't really say—after all, it's just a supplement. The ingredients for fat loss are scientifically backed, so it should work. Two capsules seems like too much caffeine to me, which means that one capsule isn't enough of the other ingredients, but oh well.
