As a pre-workout this super well, to me it does not put me like a motorcycle but if you notice its stimulation, quality price highly recommended and to sleep if you combine it with melatonin I have not had any problem of insomnia.

Well, my first day with this fat burner, it was recommended to me by HSN nutritionists, and the truth is that I have not been able to be well... I had my protein chocolate and banana shake for breakfast and I added MACHÁ TEA and milk, and then I swallowed this capsule... At the gym after 2 hours my body was itching and at the end of the workout I didn't feel well. Excess of nervousness very rare... I've been taking caffeine capsules of 200mg, and fine... But this one has twice as much, 400mg, and more things... It has even scared me... Now I'll see what I can do with the little bottle... The reaction lasts about 8 hours. And on top of that, it says that it is 2 capsules a day... I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!

Pues mi primer día con este quemador de grasas, me lo recomendó nutricionistas de HSN, y la verdad, no he sido capaz de estar bien... Desayuné mi batido de chocolate proteico y plátano y añadí TÉ MACHÁ y leche, y después me tragué esta capsula... En el gym a las 2 horas me picaba el cuerpo y al terminar el entrenamiento no me encontraba bien. Exceso de nerviosismo muy raro... Estuve tomando cápsulas de cafeína de 200mg, y bien... Pero esta lleva el doble, 400mg, y más cosas... Me ha dado hasta miedo... Ahora a ver que hago con el botecito... Unas 8 horas dura la reacción. Y encima pone, que son 2 capsulas diarias... ¡¡NO ENTIENDO NADA!!

No soy partidario de estas cosas, pero opté por probar pues necesito una ayuda, me ha funcionado bien, indica que hay que tomar 40 minutos antes pero a mi me ha ido mejor con 1h antes de salir con la bicicleta, he comprobado que funciona bien para gran esfuerzo o esfuerzo prolongado e incluso he notado que tengo menos ganas de comer, sólo tomo 1 al día 1h antes del ejercicio, no tomo lo recomendado pues creo que es para otro nivel superior al mío.
