The tablets are not very large and their ingestion is comfortable. Its effectiveness is very good. Las pastillas no son muy grandes y su ingesta es cómoda. Su efectividad es muy buena. Con una pastilla (media dosis) notas una gran activación cognitiva (focus) y con dos una gran activación a nivel general, así como una disminución de la fatiga. A pesar de su alto contenido en cafeína, no me afectó en cuanto a la concentración y mis entrenamientos han sido muy buenos. Eso sí, no recomendable si vas a entrenar por la tarde noche, pues podría alterar tu sueño y descanso por su potencia
