I will repeat

It gives a very good different flavor to sautéed vegetables. The texture is creamy and there is no need to keep it in the refrigerator.

Excellent food

Ghee is an excellent food and being organic it is of better nutritional quality. It comes in a glass jar which is healthier than plastic. It is a good choice of healthy fats to provide energy in my morning coffee.
