I use it for frying because it is much healthier, I am on the keto diet. I love the big jar.

Excellent ghee

Excellent ghee butter, well packaged as it comes in glass, high quality raw material, great for spreading on bread or frying.

Lack of salt

Perfect for cooking but for eating as butter it would be perfect if it came with some salt as it spreads very well.

We love clarified ghee. Very good flavor. Just like the one at home. Also the shipping was perfect. The order arrived the next day in the morning. We will buy again.

Good product

Good product. Already clarified butter for making hollandaise sauce, etc. It has a slightly stronger flavor than regular butter. But it has the advantage of being lactose free.

Buen producto.
