The effect is noticeable, but beware: the taste is horrible.
I recommend 100%, it has a calming effect on anxiety, especially for sleeping. But I recommend buying in capsules, unless you like the taste of rotten fish. Very difficult to cover the taste mixed in water or even in smoothies. Tastes horrible, there is no other way to put it. It's not because of the quality of the product, it's because of the product itself (i.e. magnesium bisglycinate tastes like this).
Recomiendo al 100%, se nota efecto calmante a nivel de ansiedad, sobre todo para dormir.
Pero recomiendo comprar en capsulas, a no ser que te guste el sabor a pescado pudrido. Muy dificl de tapar el sabor mezclado en agua o incluso en batidos. Sabe horrible, no hay otra manera de decirlo. No es por la calidad del producto, es por el producto en si (es decir, el bisglicinato de magnesio sabe asi).
