I bought it to avoid the additives in the capsules but I don't think I will buy it again in this format because it tastes bad and dosing is more difficult. I think I will go back to the capsule format.

The best way to take magnesium.
This is undoubtedly the best absorbed magnesium. Regarding the taste it is not good but following the instructions to take 3 grams in two doses, one in the morning and one at night, with such a small amount it does not taste so much. It can be tolerated. I have been taking it for two days and so far it gives me very good sensations, 10. Later maybe I will write here again to tell you how it is in the long term.
Este es sin duda el magnesio que mejor de absorbe. Respecto al sabor no es bueno pero siguiendo las indicaciones de tomar 3 gramos en dos tomas uno por la mañana y otro por la noche, con tan poca cantidad no sabe tanto. Se puede tolerar. Llevo dos días tomándolo y de momento me da muy buenas sensaciones, de 10. Más adelante quizá vuelva a escribir por aquí para deciros que tal a largo plazo.
