The product appears to be of good quality but the taste is by far the worst of the several I have purchased from the RAW series. With milk and honey it becomes bearable, but I will probably switch to capsules next time.

It is one of the best supplements to rest. Value for money will be the best on the market. On the negative side it tastes bad. If you can't stand bad tastes I would get it in capsule because it can be unpleasant. That's the only bad thing I get out of it.
