Approved
I've been taking it for about a month and I'm enjoying the results, I feel more energetic during the day. The capsules are small, very easy to take and have no taste.

Very good
I have been taking it for months. Before I used to buy another more expensive brand but I changed this one and in the last blood test my vit D was very good, at 50.

Good source of vitamin d3
Helps muscle regeneration, it is well noticed, although more for those who lack vitamin d3, very high doses should be alternated.

Perfect
Very good product, I have noticed the difference from the first days of use. It has helped me a lot to improve my recovery and maintain a more consistent pace in training. The dissolution is fast and the taste is pleasant, which makes it easy to take it daily without any problem. The quality-price ratio seems adequate and the format is convenient to carry or store. Without a doubt, it is a supplement.
