I always buy vitamin D3 of this brand, they are very small pearls in size so they are swallowed very well and the dose of 5000 units is great, I usually take several days in a row and then other days I alternate one day if and another not, in the last blood tests I did I went from having 30 ng ml to 54 ng ml, so it works great. With extra virgin olive oil would be better.

Siempre compro la vitamina D3 de esta marca, son perlas muy pequeñas de tamaño con lo que se tragan muy bien y la dosis de 5000 unidades está genial, yo suelo tomar varios días seguidos y luego otros días alterno un día si y otro no, en los últimos análisis de sangre que me hice pase de tener 30 ng ml a 54 ng ml, con lo cual funciona de maravilla. Con aceite de oliva virgen extra sería mejor.

Pearls format

In the past, I have been consuming vitamin D3 and K2 together, marketed by HSN in capsule format. This time I have preferred to buy them separately, which, although less practical, is more effective. I choose the pearl format because vitamin D3 needs to be consumed with some healthy fat (in this case flax oil). I will probably buy the liposovit formula next time.

Anteriormente vengo consumiendo la vitamina D3 y K2 conjunta que comercializa HSN en formato cápsulas. Esta vez he preferido optar por comprarlas por separado, que aunque sea menos práctico es más eficaz. Me decanto en formato perla por que la vit D3 precisa ser consumida con alguna grasa saludable (en este caso el aceite de lino). Probablemente la siguiente vez compre la formula liposovit.
