I buy it to take it during the winter, because when you go with long sleeves and long pants, you are not exposed to the sun. It seems to me a good amount for this, since others that bring more I see them better for a deficit. With the amount it contains, I can endure the 3 months of less sun and in spring I stop taking it.
Yo la compro para tomarla durante el invierno, ya que al ir con manga larga y pantalón largo, no te expones al sol apenas.
