Vitamin d in the dosage I was looking for
I take vitamin D all year round at high dosages because I am never exposed to the sun. For the summer, since I often go to the beach, I was looking for something lighter to supplement it anyway but without overdoing it since I have no deficiencies. Cheap and well packaged. The little jars, if they were silver like the raw bags, would look great.
Assumo tutto l'anno vitamina D a dosaggi elevati perché non sono mai esposto al sole. Per l'estate, dal momento che vado spesso al mare, cercavo qualcosa di più leggero per integrarla comunque ma senza eccedere dal momento che non ho carenze. Economica e ben confezionata. I barattolini, se fossero argentati come i sacchetti raw, sarebbero stupendi.
