I have been consuming it for a few days and I have noticed a slight appetite regulating effect, I do not know if it is because of the substance (or chromium) or placebo effect. If it lowers the appetite it helps to eat less and therefore lose fat, but I do not know if it is because of the substance itself. I combine it with intermittent fasting and caffeine, the synergistic effect could be greater. It is a pill, neutral flavor.
