The taste is pleasant and it works well for me to help bring on sleep. But melatonin in general has a mild effect, it's not a strong drug, it's just a compound that the body secretes to bring on sleep, so if I'm too tense I won't be able to sleep. But at least it works well for me.

O sabor é agradável e comigo funciona bem para ajudar a trazer o sono. Mas a melatonina em geral tem um efeito suave, não é uma droga forte, é apenas um composto que o corpo segrega para trazer o sono, portanto, se estiver demasiado tenso não irei conseguir dormir. Mas comigo pelo menos funciona bem.

Pleasant to drink and effective product

It is usually the melatonin that I always take. With good presentation, they are chewable tablets with very good taste and therefore you don't need to drink water. Suele ser la melatonina que tomo siempre. Con buena presentación, son pastillas masticables con muy buen sabor y que por lo tanto no necesitas tomar agua. Su efectividad es buena, no lo notas de manera inmediata pero sí he notado que me cuesta menos dormirme y lo más importante, si me levanto de noche no tardo más de un par de minutos en volver a dormirme de nuevo.
