I bought it looking for alternative ways to take melatonin for my sleep problems. So far I find it effective and the way it is presented and taken seems very good to me. My only downside is the taste, but that's just me because anything that tastes like artificial strawberry is hard for me to accept. I would prefer another flavor, but that's just my opinion. My partner on the other hand likes it.

La compré buscando formas alternativas de tomar la melatonina para mis problemas de sueño. Por ahora la veo efectiva y la forma de presentación y de tomarla me parecen muy buenas. Mi única pega va sobre el sabor, pero es cosa mía porque todo lo que sepa a fresa artificial me cuesta mucho aceptarlo. Preferiría otro sabor, pero lo dicho, es mi apreciación. Great melatonin! The strawberry flavor is pleasant. They go down quickly in the mouth and are easy to digest. The effect is very quick too, half an hour before bedtime is enough to get a restful sleep. Personally, I didn't notice any tiredness the next day because of their prolonged release. It's the best melatonin I've ever taken. The most effective. With my previous ones I used to wake up at night and with this one that doesn't happen.
