One of the best melatonins I have tried

I have tried many melatonins, up to 20mg produce a quick sleep, but I always end up waking up at 3 or 4h, possibly because it lowers the concentration have not been extended release. He probado muchas melatoninas, hasta 20mg producen un sueño rápido, pero siempre me acabo despertando a las 3 o las 4h, posiblemente porque baja la concentración no han sido de liberación prolongada. Con esta he solucionado este problema por completo, no me despierto en 5 o 6 horas seguidas y eso es difícil. En ocasiones uso dos y resulta mas efectivo. Sabor excelente.
