Sleeping like a log.

It really is very effective! If you want to sleep like a log all night this really is your melatonin supplement. I don't use it very often because it's hard for me to wake up and I prefer to take the non-sequential release but I can assure you that there is a difference between taking it and not taking it. In my case it knocks me out all night long.

¡Realmente es muy efectiva! Si quieres dormir como un tronco toda la noche realmente este es tu suplemento de melatonina. Yo no la uso muy a menudo porqué me cuesta despertar y prefiero tomar la que no es de liberación secuencial pero puedo asegurar que hay diferencia de tomarla a no tomarla. En mi caso me deja KO durante toda la noche.

I usually use melatonin, my problem is that at about 5 hours of sleep I usually wake up, and that's when it's hard for me to fall asleep again. If I wake up I go back to sleep without a problem. Highly recommend.

Sweetener and effectiveness.

I had doubts about the sweetener, but now I know that I can take it without any problem, it is not like sugar (cavities, glycemic index).
