Neither fu nor fa
After a month of use, the only thing I notice is that I am a little more active in my mood.

Very effective, I take the three capsules as a pre-workout and after a few days I notice more power in my workouts.

Libido Care special men
Brutal
From the 2nd day I already noticed its effects. I also emphasize that its effects are multiplied when your body fat % is not high. During a season I went over the calories and noticed a decrease in its effects but when I returned to training and lowered the fat the effect was optimal.
