Good taste, but there's room for improvement

When using only the lemon flavoring at the recommended amount, the taste is quite sweet and lacks that characteristic tartness of lemon. To fix this, I mix 2 grams of lemon flavoring with 2 grams of citric acid in 500 ml of water, pour it into a small sports bottle, and put it in the freezer for 1 hour—the result is just like a slushie from an ice cream shop. You should try it.

Usando solo el saborizante de limón con la cantidad recomendada, el sabor es bastante dulce y sin ese punto ácido del limón característico. Para solucionarlo mezclo 2gr de saborizante de limón con 2 gr ácido cítrico en 500ml de agua lo meto en un botellín tipo ciclista en el congelador durante 1h y el resultado es como el de un granizado de heladería. Deberíais probarlo.
