Citric acid powder

Very useful and flavorful.

I really liked the citric acid powder. It is very useful to incorporate it in recipes or to add an acidic touch in drinks. I recommend it 100%.

Good product

This is the second time I buy it. It is excellent as a raising agent in cakes and pastries together with baking soda in equal parts.

Effective flavoring

Good flavoring, with little quantity you get that touch of lemon to combine with other supplements. You have to be careful with the amount as it can be very bitter.

Enhances flavors in some foods

Be careful not to exceed the dose because it is a very strong acid and do not take it on an empty stomach, as it can hurt an empty stomach. It can also be used to clean the dirt from pots and pans, as well as an incredible lime descaler.
