So far, I've only tested two flavors: choco noisette, which gets a 3 out of 5, and crème pâtissière, which gets a 4 out of 5. 2 tips: Don't hesitate to use unsweetened almond milk for those on a dry diet, or water, which also does the trick, and classic milk for those putting on weight AND don't leave the mixture in the liquid for a long time.

Je n'ai testé pour le moment que deux gouts ,l e choco noisette qui vaut un 3 sur 5 et crème pâtissière 4 sur 5 2 conseils : N'hésitez pas à utiliser du lait d'amande non sucrée pour quelqu'un en sèche ou de l'eau ca le fait aussi et du lait classique pour les personnes en prise de masse ET ne laissez pas la préparation pendant un long moment dans le liquide.

Caseins serve 2 purposes: to keep hunger down, thus useful in low-calorie eating ( due to slow digestion) and are more palatable both in liquids and in yogurt and the like (since they remain dense). Excellent flavors, all of them. Recommended if you know what to do with them and the purpose of them versus whey.

Le caseine hanno 2 scopi: mantenere basso il senso della fame, utili quindi in ipocalorica ( a causa della lenta digestione) e sono più palatabili sia in liquidi che in yogurt e simili (poiché restano dense). Sapori eccellenti, tutti. Consigliate se sapete cosa farci e lo scopo delle stesse rispetto alle whey.

I've rediscovered casein. With a little fiber, milk and heating it, it thickens and becomes creamy like bledina. Totally regressive, and very effective for satiety when dieting (among other things).

J ai redécouvert la caséine. Avec un peu de fibre ,de lait et en la chauffant il s épaissi , et devient onctueux comme du bledina. Totalement régressif , et très efficace pour avoir la satiété lors d un régime (entre autre)
