In my case it is for hormonal regulation and painful periods and I have noticed that I have less pain and milder premenstrual syndrome. The only bad thing is that if I want to take the capsule to work (I have breakfast there) the content solidifies and I don't know if that is good and loses effect.

The truth is that we did not notice much difference in libido, as others commented.... (we bought the one for women and the one for men). We didn't have a problem with that, but we were curious. So in that sense, no change. However we did notice less sleepiness and somewhat more overall energy during the afternoon and at the end of the day. Before we used to get home pretty exhausted... not with maca.
La verdad es que no notamos mucha diferencia en la libido, como comentan otros... (compramos la de mujer y la de hombre). Nosotros no teníamos problema con eso, pero teníamos curiosidad. Así que en ese sentido, ningún cambio. Sin embargo sí que notamos menos sueño y algo más de energía general durante la tarde y al final del día. Antes solíamos llegar bastante exhaustos a casa... con la maca no.
