Useful
I bought them to fill with magnesium bisglycinate because it tastes awful. They hold the amount stated in the description, depending on how tightly you pack them. They do the job, and you get loads for the price.

Capsules for filling
I bought them to fill with magnesium powder because I can't stand the taste. The only downside is that I wish they came in larger sizes so I wouldn't have to take several.

Excellent quality and good price. I'm very pleased with it. I use it to ingest essential oils. Size 0 is perfect, there's no taste and it comes in large quantities.

It is just what I was looking for to encapsulate a ginger, turmeric and pepper powder. I will buy again.
Volveré a comprar.

Create your own suples
I love this kind of products because you can create your own formulas (in my case I buy products from the RawSeries range). Of course you will need a scale and the encapsulating machinery, but for a few euros you will have your own factory hehe
