I only use it on a day-to-day basis. I bought the 120-caps pack because I share it with my wife. It's very complete and after just a few doses I feel more vital. I recommend it as a level replenisher at least twice a year. The fact that it is suitable for vegetarians is an added value that made me choose this product.
