I think if you want to best get the benefits of glutamine you are better off taking the powdered supplement, or at least, I prefer it after trying both.

The truth is that in HSN you find a great variety of everything and quality price you can't find anything better. As for this product for me is a little heavy to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night, plus they are very large. What I do is to take the powder out of the capsule directly into my mouth and water.
La verdad que en HSN encuentras gran variedad de todo y calidad precio no encuentras nada mejor. En cuanto a este producto para mí es un poco pesado tomar 2 cápsulas por la mañana y 2 por la noche, además de que son muy grandes.
Lo que hago es tomar el polvo sacándolo de la cápsula directo a la boca y agua.
