Good effect on my intestine

I take it to strengthen my immune system and to compensate for the glucan deficits due to the fact that I hardly take any cereal in my intakes. I would say that it rather strangles my intestine, but my defenses have increased in my blood tests.

I tried different brands of BetaGlucans and this one worked best for me. It showed an increase in Immune cells in my blood sample tests. The Wellmune brand is not widely available but fortunately HSN is offering them at an unbeatable price.
