It has no flavour

It’s worth bearing in mind that this casein has no flavourings or sweeteners, which I really like. It has a natural, slightly milky taste and isn’t sweet at all. I have it with dinner, and it agrees with me. Best of all, it keeps hunger at bay overnight. I used to wake up hungry, but since I started having a casein shake before bed, I’ve been sleeping much better.

Hay que tener en cuenta que esta caseína no tiene saborizantes ni edulcorantes, algo que me gusta mucho. Tiene un sabor natural, ligeramente lácteo y nada dulce. Yo la tomo en la cena y la verdad es que me sienta muy bien. Lo mejor es que me ayuda a no pasar hambre durante la noche. Antes me despertaba con hambre, pero desde que tomo un batido de caseína antes de dormir, descanso mucho mejor.
