Excellent choice for daily training

Excellent choice for daily training. I like the lemon ones the best. Supposedly they don't need water, although I drink more water.

TOP Product

It comes in handy in competition to find that extra when fatigue starts to set in. I tried it the other day for the first time on a long run and I noticed it a lot, with caffeine on top. Very good lemon flavor.

Good product

It's a good gel to take on training sessions as well as races. Good list of ingredients and it's also great to have the option of a neutral flavor.

Just what I was looking for

The energy boost is noticeable at the right time. Easy to take and digest. I bought many, but as soon as I run out, I will repeat.

First test

I needed to change the gels and I have opted for the tasting packs. The truth is that the flavors are super achieved and very natural. And in my case very easy to digest. We will be ordering again soon.
