It's surprisingly crunchy for a protein snack. It isn't heavy at all and it doesn't leave that grainy texture you usually get in bars. It has a perfect balance of nutrients to take between meals or after training when you feel like something sweet without breaking the diet. Totally recommended.

Very good taste and texture, it doesn't seem to have 15 g of protein and could easily be a commercial cookie. That is 200 kcal per bar. it's not exactly for a cutting diet.

I was sent the vanilla flavor wafer as a test and I was pleasantly surprised. Each package contains 2 square wafers, filled with cream and chocolate on the base. Very tasty, satiating, high in protein. I think it's perfect to satisfy a sweet craving. But I would not buy it because the price seems high.
