Essential pre-workout

I use it as a pre-workout, alone with creatine, or by adding it to EVOBomb. It works quite well for me, although you have to get used to its taste (rather unpleasant, since it is pure l-arginine, without sweeteners). One bottle is enough for several days.

La utilizo como pre-entreno, sola con creatina, o añadiéndola a EVOBomb. Me funciona bastante bien, aunque hay que acostumbrarse a su sabor (bastante desagradable, ya que es l-arginina pura, sin edulcorantes). Un bote da para bastantes días.
