  • Healthy but not my favorite

    Although it is a very healthy vegan alternative to protein, I do not like its flavor and it does not blend well with other ingredients. I prefer the chickpea or pea, for my taste more palatable.

    I use it for breakfast in the morning. I make a mug cake with egg white and protein in the microwave. With light jam for breakfast it satisfies me for many hours without providing too many carbohydrates.
