Overview of Ultra B-Complex

Ultra B-Complex from EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in vegan tablets, based on a complex of B group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12), choline bitartrate, and myo-inositol.

B group vitamins make up a set of water-soluble vitamins.

Ultra B-Complex is a product 100% suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Effects of Ultra B-Complex on the body

Thiamine (Vitamin B1)

  • Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)

  • Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells under normal conditions.

Niacin (Vitamin B3)

  • Niacin helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5)

  • Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Biotin (Vitamin B7)

  • Biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair under normal conditions.

Folic acid (Vitamin B9)

    I am a vegetarian and supplement with b12 and folic, but they were out of stock and I bought the complex. I guess they have their function, but I will go back to mine as soon as they are in stock.
