Whole Grain Oat Flakes by FoodSeries is a food based on 100% whole grain oat flakes.

Oats, whose scientific name is Avena sativa L., is a herbaceous plant belonging to the cereal group. It’s highly valued for its great nutritional richness, as it is high in fibre, provides quality nutrients, and is low in sugar.

This is a 100% GMO-free product.

What are oat flakes?

Oat flakes consist of oat groats that have been mechanically crushed in order to make them more convenient, without affecting the original nutritional properties of the grain in any way.
