Evolate 2.0 is a food preparation based on whey protein isolate, processed by CFM (cross-flow microfiltration) with which we manage to eliminate a large amount of sugars and fats. Whey protein isolate offers the highest protein percentage per serving, specifically 89%, as well as having a very complete aminogram. Evobcaa's 2.0 is a vegan powdered supplement based on branched-chain amino acids and Kyowa® L-glutamine. Both nutrients are present in different functions of our body. How to take?

 

Upon rising and before breakfast

Pre-training

During training

Post-training

    I found it a good product, I bought the pack, and I generalize for all three. I have noticed the effect on recovery after training, I think there is a positive effect. The flavors are very successful. To my taste, very sweet, but it is very good.

    Although it is too early to evaluate the effectiveness of the products I have purchased, I can say that it tastes good and dissolves quite well, both the protein (vanilla) and the glutamine (pineapple).
