Rice Cream 1Kg - FoodSeries

Rice Cream is a food made from rice flour treated by precooking to achieve an unbeatable texture, easily and without needing a shaker.

This product is light, very nutritious, and has excellent digestibility. It’s also rich in complex carbs but low in sugar, making it ideal for athletes, since carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after intense or long-lasting physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles.

HOW TO TAKE IT?

  • Just mix 2 scoops (about 30 g) with 160 ml of water, milk, or plant-based drink in a bowl.
  • Add the product little by little to the liquid while stirring vigorously to get an amazing texture in seconds.
  • Thanks to recent improvements in our rice cream, you can now also mix it in a shaker, as it stays fluid for a few seconds before gelatinizing, letting you pour it comfortably into a bowl.

  • You can have it anytime, but it’s especially great for breakfast, snack, or dessert.

    Great format of 5 bags of different flavors to try the different varieties of cream of rice. They are all delicious, I love to prepare them for breakfast and for snacks after training mixed with egg white and you get a considerable carbohydrate and protein boost.
