Spirulina powder is a natural blue-green algae from alkaline lakes in Central America and Africa. Arthrospira Platensis 100% pure, raw and GMO-free.

It has a high protein content (it has 21 of the 23 amino acids and 8 essential ones), contains vitamin A (10 times more than carrots and in the form of beta-carotene), B group vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12), folic acid and minerals, among other components.

How to take

 

To prepare a green smoothie of superior quality from two of the most nutritionally rich algae:

  • Mix 1 x 5 ml serving of Spirulina and 1 x 5 ml serving of Chlorella with water, juice or your shake, and take it once a day.

With the 150g packs, we have 50 doses of chlorella and 30 of spirulina.
