Training Days

When you wake up and before breakfast -> Mix 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta-Alanine with 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein in 250ml of water.
After training -> Mix 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta-Alanine with 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein in 250ml of water.

You can add 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein, once between meals, e.g. mid-morning or afternoon.

Rest Days

When you wake up and before breakfast -> Mix 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta-Alanine with 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein in 200-250ml of water.
Mid-morning or afternoon -> Mix 1/2 scoop (2g) of Beta-Alanine with 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein in 200-250ml of water.

You can add 1 scoop of Evowhey Protein, once between meals, e.g. mid-morning or afternoon.
