    As with other products I have not noticed results or it has been long term, in case of L-cannitine it has been a brutal energy for pre-workout. It dissolves well in water and has a citrus flavor. I like this option of being able to take as much as you want.

    The product seems to be of good quality, fulfills the expected function and the Carnipure brand is well known. However, the packaging is disappointing: the zipper doesn't work properly, making it difficult to close after each use, which can compromise storage.
