One of the problems with food supplements with this combination of compounds is that they have allergens that make them unsuitable for consumption by many people because glucosamine is a polymer usually extracted from crustacean shells or fish scales.

Our glucosamine sulphate is obtained from vegetable sources, through fermentation processes.     This is the second bottle I have bought. After a break I started going to the gym again and my joints were hurting.
