What is Evolytes powder?

Evolytes powder by SportSeries is a vegan powder dietary supplement, based on the mineral salts of sodium, chloride, calcium, potassium, and magnesium.

Electrolytes are ions, that is, atoms with an electrical charge that fulfill functions in the body. The electrolytes in this supplement are presented in the form of mineral salts of high bioavailability.

Evolytes powder is suitable for vegan diets.

High-quality mineral salts

The functions of electrolytes are identical regardless of the mineral salt used, as the elements responsible for its effects are sodium, calcium, magnesium, etc.

However, salts affect their elemental content, their bioavailability, and therefore their absorption.

A classic example is the laxative effect associated with magnesium oxide salt, a cheap-to-produce compound that is sometimes used in electrolyte food supplements but is not recommended in these cases.

Despite this, the taste of mineral salts is light and doesn't significantly affect the palatability of the drink, it simply slightly increases its strength, and can be used without masking.

Good solubility

The solubility of HSN Evolytes powder is excellent, as its initial dispersion in the medium is homogeneous and it is easily suspended in water.

If you make the mixture before starting the exercise, we recommend slightly shaking the container before each use, as the mineral salts, due to their physicochemical profile, tend to settle gradually at the bottom of the container.
