Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol plus mixed tocopherols: d-beta, d-delta, and d-gamma tocopherol), softgel [bovine gelatin (sulfites), humectant (glycerin), purified water], soy oil, vegetable oil.

Vitamin E (tocopherol mix) 400UI from Swanson is a dietary supplement in softgels based on d-alpha tocopherols plus d-gamma, d-delta, and d-beta tocopherols.
Characteristics of Vitamin E (tocopherol mix) 400UI
This softgel supplement provides 268 mg of vitamin E per serving, which equals 400 UI.
Vitamin E is nutritionally essential, since our body cannot synthesize it by itself and therefore must be supplied through the diet.
This formula contains vegetable oil, since this vitamin is fat-soluble and it is advisable to take it with a small amount of oil.
