All very natural and healthy.
The amino acids taste good, I ordered watermelon. I have been taking it for a short time but I like all the instructions to know how to take the products.

Great as a test
Great as a taster of certain products that you can then decide to consume on a regular basis. Perhaps the quantities fall short in some cases. But good option to try and then focus on a specific one.

Very good pack
A package at a very good price and also complete, because it brings everything you need to take both during and after training, plus pills for an extra against fat.
