This pack is aimed at obtaining quality muscle tone. It is designed to provide throughout the day and at the right time, supplements that work synergistically in definition stages, as they promote fat loss and the maintenance of muscle mass. We always recommend maintaining nutritional habits that correspond to each person's goal and physical condition. Therefore, in addition, in the definition phase, calorie intake should be reduced in order to provoke a calorie deficit.

Evolate 2.0 (Whey Isolate CFM) Evolate 2.0 is a high quality, CFM type Whey Isolate protein. It provides an excellent nutritional profile focused on delivering virtually exclusive protein, with only trace amounts of carbohydrates and fats. It also has a complete aminogram. Whey protein is the most bioavailable protein, i.e. it delivers the full spectrum of essential and non-essential amino acids in adequate amounts. Being of the CFM type, it means that it keeps the protein fractions related to the immune system intact. When we establish a fat loss programme, we must reduce the calorie intake, and in doing so, keep the protein in slightly higher values than the rest of the type of food we usually eat. In this case, Evolate will add quality protein without adding excess calories.

Evoburn with or whitout stimulants Evoburn is a food supplement, designed to give you that pre-workout boost. Two formulas are available, with stimulants o whitout stimulants. In this pack we give you the option to choose the one you prefer. Both contain standardised herbal extracts, which guarantees a quantified concentration of each of them, black pepper, vitamins and minerals. They have been developed by our R+D+i team, so you can only find them in our online shop. Evoburn with stimulants contains, in addition to the above, 218.4mg of caffeine from guarana seed extract, green tea leaf extract and yerba mate. Evobcaa's 2.0 This supplement is made from Kyowa® BCAAs and L-glutamine. In this formula we have achieved the highest concentration ratio of Leucine 12:1:1 and its dissolution is instantaneous regardless of temperature, so you can forget about lumps when taking Evobcaa's 2.0.

Amylopectin 2.0 Amylopectin is a food preparation based on waxy maize starch (Waxy Maize) with a high content of amylopectin, a pure carbohydrate source. As carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of muscle function after high-intensity or long-lasting physical exercise, amylopectin is a must in your pantry.  Waxy maize starch has a high degree of polymerisation which raises blood glucose concentration less than other foods with less slowly digestible starches.

Just after waking up (30min before training or breakfast):

• Take 2 Evoburn vegetable capsules.

30min before lunch:

• Take 2 Evoburn vegetable capsules.

Pre-training:

• 15min before training: take 1 scoop (11g) of Evobcaa's, mixed with 200ml of water.

Intra-training:

• Mix 1 scoop of Amylopectin (50g) + 1 scoop of Evobcaa's (11g) with 300-400ml of water and drink in small sips during exercise.

Post-training:

• Take 1 scoop (30g) of Evolate 2.0 mixed with 250-300ml of water or skimmed milk.

As a snack (between meals):

• You can take 1 scoop (30g) of Evolate 2.0 2 times a day, between meals, with 250-300ml of water or skimmed milk.
