Good intra or pre-training

Very good to mix with caffeine or intra workout, it gives you a good pump when training.

Well

I have been taking it for a while and it has worked very well for me, I recommend it for those who need it, ask for the dispenser because it is a very small measure.

L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) powder

Good pre-training

I do not notice the same as a pre-workout but it is a good dilator to improve muscle congestion, the bad thing is that I put it in a jar because the packaging is a little uncomfortable.
