For me it is a basic

I do sports to take care of myself and enjoy myself, but I have a tendency to gain weight, so I do everything I can to avoid it. I don't know if they are effective in the definition phase but these pills give me enormous energy in the mornings (I get up very early in the morning and I used to drink a lot of coffee).
