Quality
200mg of caffeine per capsule, you can instantly feel that punch of energy ideal for my fasting heart, it does not feel bad in my stomach like other caffeines that send me straight to the bathroom, I tolerate it quite well and I notice how it increases my resistance to cardio.

I recommend
I prefer to have a coffee, but sometimes before training I don't have time and I take a little pill! You can feel its effect.

Fulfills its function
You can feel that extra boost of energy when you take it. It is worth it for demanding workouts and for the definition stage.

Ideal for carrying
Good choice for before training, you don't need to buy any coffee. You also do not suffer from the laxative effects of coffee.

Good product
Good product, with good format and quantity per capsule. I have tried it a few times, it all depends on the caffeine tolerance of each person.

Suitable
It could be more economical since it is just caffeine, but it is not expensive either. They work well, it is not overpriced nor is it weak. I recommend not to take more than 3 in 24 hours.

Incredible
The best thing I have discovered this year. High quality product, natural and cheap. It gives you a lot of energy, I have used it both as a pre-workout and on days after a party when you hardly sleep and its effect is incredible, I prefer this a thousand times more than an energy drink.
